At the beginning of 2021, we contacted the team of Promera Menedzsment Kft. Our company deals with package logistics and we were looking for a uniquely developed software solution to support our processes. The following arguments were in favor of choosing Promera Menedzsment Kft.: the company's existing competencies, the size and complexity of the project, the experience gained during the preliminary consultation. The consultations during development also went extremely smoothly, and we implemented many innovative solutions in the system being prepared. Promera employees not only supported the development with their flexibility and directness, but also provided us with useful advice on several points. In the six months that have passed during the development, a very good relationship has developed between the companies and our employees. Even since the system was armed, we have called for several subsequent developments, and we continue to work with a flexible and service-ready partner in the field of support tasks.  Árpi is the software guy who really solves it. We met in 2013 as part of the BAKTAT (BAKTAT.net) project, where we developed a technology that Apple uses today. Árpi is a relaxed, kind personality who rides motorcycles and skis, and his Hungarian roots are important to him. Árpi keeps what he says, even if it results in a loss for him. I would also do a joint venture with Árpi, since Árpi really solves it, because he is a round cube.

 Did we get what we asked for? - No. Amazingly more! Promera's team is outstanding both professionally and in terms of attitude. The developed software is suitable for handling the unique processes and transactions of the company (and with it the waste water industry), and even solutions have been added to the program that can be used to manage the specific areas more efficiently and simply. The development process is precisely documented, so I, as a customer, know where the story is, and we won't get lost later when using the software. Regular meetings ensure that we stay on track, and I can confidently address my colleagues with my questions/requests at any time. In one person, Árpi is a correct business partner, consultant, software engineer and more. I am happy with the joint work so far and I look forward to the future!
